PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural product growth accelerator for agricultural water containing proteins with which the acceleration of the growth of the agricultural products and the activation of soil can be expected, the effect thereof can be maintained for a long period, and the generation of mold, etc., can be suppressed and prevented even when packed into a vessel and a agricultural water quality reforming system which cleans agricultural water and can easily impart nutrient sources permitting the expectation of the acceleration of the growth of the agricultural products and the activation of the soil to the agricultural water. PSOLUTION: The accelerator consists of solids of 2 to 10 mm in major diameter containing a raw material mixture obtained by molding a raw material mixture containing mineral component-containing ceramic powder, proteins containing kasein and providing nutrient sources for aerobic bacteria and bentonite at specific ratios by a heating process step of a specified temperature, pressurizing process step and drying process step and this agricultural water quality reforming system has a septic tank provided with filter media for cleaning the water, a nutrient source supplying tank provided with this accelerator and connecting pipes for connecting the respective tanks.
