PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an examination system which prohibits dishonest examination taking, provides comfortable examination taking environment and enables an examinee to take the examination at any time and at any place. SOLUTION: The computer 30 of an examination terminal 40, which carries out processing concerning an examination, receives input of picture information from a camera 11-13 and various kinds of monitoring information from sensors such as a load sensor 20, a door open/close sensor 21, a clothes sensor 22 and transmits the monitoring information to a center computer via a communication network. The computer 30 is connected with an input section 32, an output section 31 and a storage section 36 and inputs/outputs various kinds of information. A seat sensor 20 monitors and detects whether an examinee is seated or away from the seat. The door open/close sensor 21 monitors examinee's entering or going out of an examination booth 100. The clothes sensor 22 is provided to the examinee's gown or clothes.
