PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool and a system capable of being easily used in a actual medical site, and easily collecting data from a plurality of patients with respect to subjective elements such as pain. SOLUTION: Images of face expressions representing pain of each state of level obtained by classifying the pain level into ten stages, are displayed on a face scale input column 46. The pain level of the face expression picture at a left side is lowest, and the pain level of the face expression picture at a right side is highest. The higher the pain level is increased, the deeper the color of the face expression images F1-F10 is, whereby the gradation of the colors corresponding to the stages of level is created. Further each stage of the pain level is digitalized and displayed under the face expression as the level number.
