PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a puncture sealing agent for a tire by which the formation of rubber agglomerates can be suppressed when producing the puncture sealing agent containing propylene glycol at a high concentration. PSOLUTION: This method for producing the puncture sealing agent for the tire comprises the following steps. A pressure-sensitive adhesive pouring and stirring step S1 of pouring the pressure-sensitive adhesive 2 into a rubber latex 1, stirring the resultant mixture and providing a solution 3 in which the pressure- sensitive adhesive 2 is poured and the resultant mixture is stirred and an antifreezing agent pouring and stirring step S2 of pouring an aqueous solution 4 of the propylene glycol prepared by diluting the propylene glycol with water and stirring the obtained mixture.
