METHOD FOR PREVENTING COPY OF MUSIC CD, METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PRODUCING THE SAME MUSIC CD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a method of preventing copying suitable for mass- production and a method of producing music CDs using the same.;SOLUTION: In this copy preventing method, identification information 'D' of digital data is locally set for a control (CONTROL) part in a Q channel of a sub-code in an EFM signal to be recorded in the CD. A method of producing the music CDs is proposed in which a copy prevention work is performed to the EFM signal after generating the EFM signal from the musical source and a stamper is produced according to the EFM signal after the work. Further, a production system of the music CDs having a formatter that generates the EFM signal from the musical source, a copy prevention working means that performs the copy prevention work by receiving the EFM signal outputted from the formatter and a laser exposing device that generates the stamper according to the EFM signal after the work outputted from the copy prevention working means is suggested by applying the copy preventing method.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
