PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an oxide superconductive tape cable for obtaining an oxide superconductor that has excellent strength and a high Jc property of 100,000 A/cm2 or more, when an oxide superconductor layer is formed by CVD method on Ag of the oxide superconductor forming base material having Ag layer which has formed a rolling texture on one face of the Ag base material or other metal base material, and an oxide superconductive tape cable. SOLUTION: When an oxide superconductor is formed on Ag of the base material for forming the oxide superconductor of tape shape, Cu composition of the oxide superconductor layer that is formed directly on the above Ag is formed by supplying excessively than the Cu composition ratio of the oxide superconductor layer that is formed on top of it.
