PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and quickly obtain a heat generation by an electric conduction, particularly the heat generation at a temperature required for a snow melting, acquiring required strength as a precast-concrete road board or a cast-in-place concrete subbase course.;SOLUTION: In a heat-generating precast-concrete road board or a heat- generating cast-in-place concrete subbase course, cement 3, graphite or coke or the coarse grains 4 of high-temperature baked charcoal and carbon short fibers 5 are used as main components; the main components are hydrated and kneaded and the precast-concrete road board 1 or the cast-in-place concrete subbase course 2 is formed; the carbon short fibers 5 are crossed on another in the road board 1 or the subbase course 2, and the carbon short fibers 5 have a structure in which the carbon short fibers 5 are interlinked among the coarse grains 4, the road board or the subbase course has an electrode 7 for the electric conduction for the electric conduction through the carbon short fibers 5; and the road board or the subbase course has constitution which is electrified through the coarse grains 4, using the carbon short fibers 5 as conduction lines and the heat generation of the coarse grains 4 is promoted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
