METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SLOPE SPRAY MATERIAL, AND SLOPE PNEUMATIC SPRAYING CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THE MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the dumping movement cost and disposal cost of a dehydrated cake by allowing the use of the dehydrated cake as a spray material, to considerably reduce a material cost by using the dehydrated cake in comparison with a material cost in a conventional method of mixing a large quantity of bark compost or peat moss when used as a slope greening base and further to contribute greatly to recycling of soil produced by construction from the viewpoint of global environment. ;SOLUTION: The dehydrated cake 1 dehydrated to the extent of being able to deal with the sludge of waste muddy water or industrial waste as a solid is heightened in the fluidity of clay and silt grains, if it is consolidated, by adding water content so as to be mixable by a machine. Short staple fiber 8 formed by crushing either vegetable fiber or synthetic fiber into powder or to 0.5 cm or less is mixed and agitated by a mixer or the like until it is granulated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
