PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solubilized isoflavone composition in which the insoluble isoflavone is solubilized, to provide a method for effectively producing the solubilized isoflavone composition, and to provide a method for producing a solubilized isolavone-containing aqueous beverage capable of producing the transparent aqueous beverage by adding the composition to an aqueous beverage.;SOLUTION: This solubilized isoflavone composition is produced by adding gum arabic to an isoflavone powder having a particle size of ≤10 μm in an amount of 1-100 pts.wt. based on 1 pt.wt. of the isoflavone. The method for producing the solubilized isolavone-containing aqueous beverage comprises adding the solubilized isoflavone composition to the aqueous beverage, then adjusting its isoflavone content so as to be within a range of 0.5-200 mg/l, and further heating and cooling it.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
