PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diesel engine fuel expenses improving device and a light oil or heavy oil selling system, by which a merit is obtained mutually between an industry for business such as transportation and construction through the use of an automobile and a vessel with the arranged diesel engine fuel expenses improving device and an industry for selling petroleum such as light oil and heavy oil.;SOLUTION: The system is characterized by constitution of a first process for selecting the automobile and the vessel with much fuel consumption through the use of various kinds of input data by the fuel seller, a second process for calculating the reducing portion of fuel expenses when the fuel expenses improving device is arranged and the lease usage charge of the device, a third process for selling the device by lease based on the calculated money amount and a fourth process for successively collecting device usage charge together with the fuel expenses of petroleum to be supplied after arranging the device.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
