PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable each individual to buy a proper operation article matching the investment knowledge that the individual has under a fixed contribution pension system.;SOLUTION: The operation management support device 10 is installed under the control of an investment education provider, who is able to obtain a purchasable operation article list regarding each employee by inputting the result of the lecture attendance of the employee to the investment education to the device 10.
