PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external wall fouling accelerated test method capable of testing in a short time and having high correlation with an actual building, and an external wall fouling accelerated testing device suitable for use for the external wall fouling accelerated test method.;SOLUTION: A suspension having a suspended fouling material is sprayed on a flaw provided on an upper part of an erected external wall test object, and the sprayed suspension is allowed to flow down on the surface of the external wall test object from the flaw. Then, water is sprayed on the same flaw, and the sprayed water is allowed to flow down on the surface of the external wall test object from the flaw, and thereafter the external wall test object is dried.
