PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automated method for debtor rating and self-assessment operations and its automated system that can efficiently perform self-assessment operation and can calculate a self-assessment amount standardized to a fixed quality.;SOLUTION: The method has a step that, when a financial statement of a client enterprise is submitted, inputs the financial information, a step that corrects the financial information as needed to automatically calculate a financial index, and uses the financial index to get an automated rating, a step that gets a necessary additional rating, a step that gets a debtor rating for calculating a self-assessment amount from the result of the automated rating and additional rating, a step that retrieves and inputs the maintenance information and loan detailed statement information on a target enterprise, and a step that automatically calculates the self-assessment amount from the debtor rating, the maintenance information and the loan detailed information.
