EVACUATION GUIDING SYSTEM FOR WATER DISASTER

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evacuation guiding system for a water disaster which quickens a rescue operation by estimating a region having the possibility that a water disaster occurs to automatically announce the water disaster in advance and automatically notifying persons involved of optimum evacuation route information. PSOLUTION: Water level rising information of a predetermined region with the possibility of being flooded is obtained and stored in a water level increase information storing part 5. When a dangerous water level arrival time calculating part 6 calculates an arrival time when the water level of each region reaches a predetermined dangerous water level according to the increase information in the each region, a water disaster forenotice announcement deciding part 7 automatically notifies a rescue requesting part 8 of water disaster forenotice information, an evacuation route data selecting part 9 selects an optimum evacuation guiding route map from the region to an evacuation site, and the optimum evacuation guiding route map is displayed to the region to guide people in the region to the evacuation site.
