PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data collection method for a time-of-flight type mass spectrometry device and device capable of obtaining both the time information and strength information, and which does not require a large-scaled structure.;SOLUTION: The time-of-flight type mass spectral signal, with which repeated measurements are made, is introduced into a comparator; the reference level of the comparator is changed for each measurement; and the comparison output of the comparator for the respective reference level obtained is combined with the time axis, in order to obtain combined spectral data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
