PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain very stable and accurate carrying property for a long time by improving the mechanical durability of the rubber roller of a pair of nip rollers provided in the respective processing tanks and a stabilizing treatment chamber of an automatic developing machine, and to stably obtain a high-quality print by attaching the rubber roller to the respective processing parts of the automatic developing machine.;SOLUTION: This rubber roller is used as one roller constituting a pair of nip rollers for carrying thin film material, and has length five times or more as long as the outside diameter of the roller, and its center part in an axial direction is constituted of a flat roller whose outside diameter is made substantially uniform and both ends continuous to the center part have length 1/2 to 3 times as long as the outside diameter of the roller so as to constitute an outside diameter part thinner than the outside diameter of the center part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
