PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving picture edit system that can simply edit a moving picture file and shorten the edit processing time.;SOLUTION: The moving picture edit system is provided with: a frame data extract means (still picture data extract means 11) that extracts one of still picture data among a moving picture file in a reproduction state; an image processing means (still picture processing means 12) that applies image processing to the extracted frame data at a high-speed; an image processing time setting means (still picture processing parameter setting processing means 14) that sets a start time for image processing and a time for image processing; a moving picture processing file storage means that stores frame data after the image processing as a moving picture file; and a file generating means (moving picture file generating means 13) that generates a series of moving picture files by one time processing.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
