PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reservation accepting system capable of making a reservation including the kind of seat, and automatically executing the adjustment of the cancelled reservation and the announcement of the delay situation. SOLUTION: This reservation accepting system is provided with an announcing means 100 for announcing facility situation information to users, an input means 110 for allowing the users to input reservation information, a communication means for executing data communication with communication equipment which is being used by the users outside the facility and for performing at least either the transmission of facility situation information or the reception of reservation information, a storage means 130, and a control part 120. Then, information indicating the use condition desired by users, that is, the information of at least the shape, use purpose, and set position of a table is included in the reservation information, and the information on at least the number of people in a stand-by condition or estimated waiting time corresponding to the condition is included in the facility situation information.
