PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive electrolytic corrosion preventive structure with which, when a binding member such as a bolt and a washer made of steel and a magnesium alloy member are insulated to prevent electrolytic corrosion, the adhesion of both can sufficiently be secured, and to provide a method for preventing electrolytic corrosion.;SOLUTION: At least the surface in contact with the magnesium alloy member 20 in a binding member 1 is coated with a first coating layer 11 by electrodeposition coating, and a second coating layer 12 in which PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) particles are dispersed over the surface of the first coating layer 11.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
