PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely control the time required for generating oxygen and its flow rate by filling a peroxide or a catalyst into respective containers composed of a water-soluble or a water absorbing film and then sealing them therein.;SOLUTION: An oxygen generating agent comprising a peroxide or a catalyst which enables the peroxide to react to generate oxygen is formed through sealing at least one of the oxide and the catalyst in the respective containers composed of a water-soluble or a water absorbing film. Thus, when the agent is immersed into water, the generation of oxygen is freely controlled so as to correspond to the time required for generating oxygen and flow rate thereof. This agent is applied to a wide range of fields, and its safety is enhanced and handleability is also enhanced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
