PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support an improvement for a software development procedure in which, regarding a software development support system, a procedure in software development is provided, observance of the procedure during the software development is monitored to a user and work data is accumulated at the same time. SOLUTION: A procedure presentation and operation confirmation means 2 for a software development support server 1 presents the procedure and confirms the operation. An operation consistency confirmation means 3 confirms consistency of procedural operation. A training support means 4 provides training for contents of the procedure and an operation method. A work data analysis means 5 measures and analyzes the work data during development. A process improvement means 6 detects a drawback in the development process and decides the improvement means based on the work data. A support content customization means 7 changes various kinds of the procedures, a judgment rule, and a targeted value in order to realize each of the procedures.
