PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trimming die and a die-cutting method which enables a sheet material to be die-cut with a reduced number of manufacture steps and which embosses a desired mark, thereby reducing a manufacture cost and, to provide a trimming die and a die-cutting method which simplifies an operation for locating the material to be die-cut and embossed, thereby improving the operation efficiency.;SOLUTION: On a die table having a cutting knife for die-cutting the sheet material into a desired shape, a pair of embossing dies for embossing a desired mark onto the sheet material is fixed.
