PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scene contents information attachment device and a scene contents information attachment method that can automatically identify scene contents information of a moving picture and attaches the identified scene contents information to the moving picture.;SOLUTION: The scene contents information attachment device 1 attaches scene contents information to a moving picture and is provided with an extract means 30 that extracts one moving object or more from the moving picture, identification means 40, 50 and 60 that identify one extracted moving object or more, a discrimination means 70 that discriminates a position relation of one identified moving object or more, an identification means 80 that identifies the scene contents information depending on the discriminated position relation, and an attachment means 90 that attaches the identified scene contents information to the moving picture in order to solve the task above.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
