TWO-PORTION TYPE, ACRYLIC RESIN COMPOSITION QUICKLY CURABLE AT NORMAL TEMPERATURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-portion type acrylic resin composition quickly curable at a normal temperature and having excellent storage stability.;SOLUTION: The two-portion type acrylic composition quickly curable at normal temperature contains a (meth)acryloyl compound, a radical polymerization initiator and a polymerization accelerator composed of 2- mercaptobenzimidazole and a bivalent copper compound. The molar ratio of the bivalent copper to the 2-mercaptobenzimidazole is preferably 0.040-0.70, more preferably 0.060-0.60 and the amount of 2-mercaptobenzimidazole is preferably 0.02-1.5 pts.wt., more preferably 0.1-1.0 pt.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of total (meth)acryloyl-containing compounds used as the main component to compatibilize the quick curability at normal temperature with the storage stability.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
