PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a durable and light sleeping mat which is excellent in hygroscopicity, permeability, and heat retaining properties and does not cause any inconvenience even when used for a long time. ;SOLUTION: This sleeping mat is equipped with a bag shape surface body 1 and stuffing 2 housed therein.
