PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smokeless heating cooker which suppresses an exhaust air volume from a YAKINIKU hall (Korean style roast meat hall) to prevent enlargement of a facility space such as a duct, etc., and increase of facility cost. ;SOLUTION: The top plate 4 with an air delivery port 4c through which air is blown from the upside around the heating cooking part 7 thereto is equipped on the cooking part mounting part 3. The upside around the cooking heating part 7 lower than the air delivery port 4c has a n air suction port 12a. A dust collector 10 is equipped downstream the air passage of the air suction port 12a. A circulation exhaust branch part 14 is equipped downstream the dust collector 10 to communicate with and branched to a circulation air passage 5 and an external exhaust duct 15. A fan 16 for air circulation and a deodorizing device 17 are equipped on the circulation air passage 5 to suck a part of passing air from the air suction port 12a and to blow the sucked air through the air delivery port 4c to the upside of the heating cooking part 7 as circulation air. An external exhaust fan 151 is equipped on the external exhaust duct 15 to suck a part of residue of the passing air from the air suction port 12a and to discharge to the outside.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
