PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide railway freight vehicle and railway freight transporting method for efficiently performing small freight transport for general consumers by adopting each merit of a delicate collecting and delivering system such as home delivery service and railway freight transport allowing large quantity of transport for a long distance. ;SOLUTION: In this railway freight vehicle 1 and railway freight transporting method, a container 30 for loading cargoes provided with a comparison deciding device 12 for collating identification names of an identification slip 3 for discriminating an alighting station name, a station and the container 30 for loading cargoes is loaded into the railway freight vehicle 1 provided with a display device for displaying the existence of cargoes to be unloaded, an identification name transmitted from an arrival station and the identification name of the identification slip 3 mounted on the container 30 are collated by the comparison deciding device 12 mounted on the container 30 for loading cargoes, and the existence of the container 30 for loading cargoes to be unloaded is displayed on display devices 4, 5 and 7 mounted on the railway freight vehicle 1 when the container 30 to be unloaded at the arrival station exists.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
