PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform a height adjustment of an air spring without being forwarded to exclusive equipment installed with a vehicle body jack and in a present attitude state of a vehicle body mounted on a bogie. ;SOLUTION: This air spring device is mounted between the vehicle body 2 and a bogie frame 5 for allowing relatively vertical displacement for the vehicle body 2. A cut-out part 5d having an opened upper surface installable with a cylinder device 7 in the present attitude state is provided at an upper end part of an air spring mounting surface 5a on an upper surface of the bogie frame 5. As a result, the height adjustment of the air spring can be performed by inserting or pulling a liner by irreducibly minimum push-up by the small-sized cylinder device without being forwarded to the exclusive equipment installed with the vehicle body jack and in the present attitude state of the vehicle body mounted on the bogie.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
