PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for preparing a catalog exclusive for a user matching with the request of the user, capable of preventing information differences by operation places and delay of updating by providing the user with information to be the base of the catalog in such a state (of being made into electronic information or being filed or the like) that it can be retrieved and narrowed in order to enable the user to request the catalog for only desired information and by acquiring catalog information from common information on a network (the Internet or a LAN or the like). SOLUTION: The system in which the user is connected to a server through an electronic communication means by using a terminal is provided with a user side terminal for inputting retrieval information of the user and a provider side server connected through the electronic communication means for storing merchandise information. The merchandise information of welfare articles is selected and extracted matchedly with retrieval conditions of the user.
