CHARGING SYSTEM AND CHARGING METHOD FOR LENDING OF OA SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging system and a charging method enabling a borrower to easily introduce an excellent OA system and contributing to improvement of the efficiency of borrower's business. SOLUTION: The charging system is provided with the OA system 1 lent to a customer, a printer 2 included in an OA system, an individual counter 3 counting a using amount of the printer and a sum-up counter 4 summing up counted values of the individual counter for every customer. Also, the system is provided with a charging condition storage means 5 storing correspondence relation of the sum-up value of the sum-up counter 4 and a counter value for lending of the OA system 1 and a charging data base 6 storing the counter value for lending of the OA system for every customer. Further, the system is provided with a counter value conversion means 7 referring to the charging condition storage means, converting the sum-up value acquired from the sum-up counter to the counter value for lending of the OA system and recording it in the charging data base and a billing means 8 carrying out billing of the counter value for every customer corresponding to contents of the charging data base.
