When a floor plate installation work is carried out for driving a floor plate 11 against the partition members 52 with nails, a predetermined voltage is applied to each of the electrode members 9 in the water leakage detector 4 through the lead wires L. When the work is performed, if the water container 1 is damaged by a certain nail or the like to cause water leakage to occur, the pair of conductive materials 9b are short circuited with this water leakage, and a resistance value monitored by the water leakage detector 4 is rapidly decreased.
