PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for generating data for biochemical analysis which uses an accumulative phosphor sheet capable of generating superior-quantitativeness data for biochemical analysis with a high resolution. SOLUTION: A light is irradiated from a standard light source 120 to the accumulative phosphor sheet 110 provided with a support having a plurality of accelerated phosphorescent phosphor layer regions 112 formed separately from each other, or radioactive rays are irradiated from a standard source, whereby the plurality of the accelerated phosphorescent phosphor layer regions are exposed and excited. The emitted accelerated phosphorescence is photoelectrically detected to generate correction data for each of the plurality of accelerated phosphorescent phosphor layer regions. Then, the plurality of accelerated phosphorescent phosphor layer regions of the accumulative phosphor sheet are exposed by a radioactive marker substance and scanned with an excitation light. The emitted accelerated phosphorescence is photoelectrically detected to generate data for biochemical analysis. The data for biochemical analysis is corrected with the use of the correction data for each of the plurality of the accelerated phosphorescent phosphor layer regions.
