PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which can nuiquely identify an addtional service supplied to the contents of a user's terminal. SOLUTION: As for information on the additional service supplied to the contents having the contents-identifier and on the location of the supplier of the service, the operators of the information is divided into two operators, that is, a contents center and a third party except the contents center, in correspondence to the contents-identifier built in the contents, to store the information. Based on this, what kinds of additional services (and the information on the locations of the suppliers of the services) the contents center provides and what kind of information on the additional services (and the information on the locations of the suppliers of the services) the third party provides are distinguished from each other to be presented to the terminals of users.
