PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support smoothing of job transfer with personnel changes concerning an organizational structure management server which internally manages the section of an employee and his/her job and provides a job menu to a service concerning his/her job to each personnel.;SOLUTION: A job permission information input part 201 receives the employee number of the employee working in the organization, the organization ID of the organization, the job ID of his/her job and the operation starting date of the job from a terminal operated by a section leader, a job permission information storage part 202 stores them, and a job permission information registration part 203 registers them in a section management table when the job operation starting date approaches.
