PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business open-up supporting technique planarly managing the business of the entire area by linking respective pieces of information among different jobs and among different departments.;SOLUTION: The business open-up supporting technique is in a system provided with a server performing various information processing services while utilizing a data base 30 in response to a request from a client terminal. Map data extracted from the data base on the basis of the request from the terminal 2 are displayed at the terminal and a business object property set at a desired position on the map image, a business plan, a graphic symbol regarding the reply and document information are stored in the data base so as to be linked with a set position on the map image. The business object property, the business plan and the graphic symbol of the reply are displayed on the map image displayed at the terminal and the document information is displayed corresponding to the request from the terminal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
