METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PREPARING WORK PLAN IN KITCHEN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a work plan in kitchen which takes the number of people needed for works, facilities in the kitchen and data on sales volume into consideration. ;SOLUTION: From the data on the sales volume and the rule for placing an order, the time for placing the order of goods to be purchased is detected; the number of people needed for the works, the number of the facilities to be used and time, which are all required for making a proper lot size in processing, are found; the quantity of the goods to be cooked and a time zone for the cooking are decided based on the supplementary time needed for cooking a fixed supplementary number of the goods; and then a one-day schedule for each item is prepared by repeating the above processes.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
