PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DM proxy transmission system, a DM proxy transmitter, a DM proxy transmitting method and a program thereof, by which a representative dealer requested by an advertiser can continuously transmit various pieces of information, such as event introduction information to customers over a certain period of time. ;SOLUTION: This DM representative transmitter 110 receives even introduction information, its valid term and customer selection conditions from a requesting device 100, retrieves customer information coinciding with the customer selection conditions, generates identification information obtained by associating the event introduction information and the valid term with the customer selection conditions to store the identification information in a database, transmits estimate which is calculated, on the basis of the retrieved customer information and valid term to the requesting device 100, transmits a DM to selected customers, if there is a consenting instruction for quotation, accepts contents update in the case of being within the valid term of the event introduction information, when the transmitter 110 receives an update request to update the event introduction information from the requesting device 100, transmits quotation on the requesting device 100 and transmits a DM to the selected customers, if there is a consenting instruction to the estimate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
