PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an advertisement cost while securing advantageous points in advertisement leaflets, to solve the problem of waste disposal and also to perform resources protection about the internet advertising method and device, an internet advertisement program and a storage medium in which the program is stored. ;SOLUTION: A banner advertisement for moving to an advertisement image is displayed on an internet site screen, a leaflet image having a part carrying privilege attachment, such as coupons and a service tickets, is displayed (step 52), in the case necessary minimum personal information (mail address, etc.), that does not bring about a privacy problem is inputted ('yes' in step 40), when an area for the banner advertisement is designated by clicking a mouse or the like.
