PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to charge a capacitor 3 which is small and different from a conventional capacitor at a high efficiency, incomparably with the conventional capacitor, with a very little energy supplied to the capacitor 3.;SOLUTION: This invention uses an amorphous solar cell, a sunceram solar cell which was developed recently and is cheap and usable as well as the amorphous solar cell, etc. It is possible to constitute a small and high efficiency power source equipment which can generate a high voltage output by installing a voltage matching device 2 between the amorphous solar cell, etc., and the capacitor 3. In addition, the material of the capacitors 3 is eco-friendly and clean for the global environment.
