PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid such inconvenience as supplying power to a load is interrupted by failure of a controlling power supply even if commercial power is sound, without increasing battery capacity.;SOLUTION: An operating power supplying circuit selects an operating power supply 11 for operating a main circuit switch 2 and the power supply side or the load side of the main circuit switch 2, and supplies power to the operating power supply 11. In the operating power supplying circuit, the first diode 23 connected to the power supply side of the main circuit switch 2 and the second diode 24 connected to the load side of the main circuit switch 2 are butted and coupled. A capacitor 25 is connected to a coupling point. Or a controlling contact 22 is inserted between the capacitor 25 and an operating device of the main circuit switch 2. When a voltage of the commercial power 1 is established, the controlling contact 22 is turned on. When the commercial power 1 is interrupted, the controlling contact 22 is turned off.
