PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide eliminate the need for rewashing and to eliminate the need for stretching the wrinkles of socks and stockings as well in drying the socks and stockings. SOLUTION: This aid for washing the socks and stockings which is put into the socks and stockings in washing the socks and stockings by a washing machine and consists of hollow bodies (1) consisting of bellows-like ruggedness (5) on the surfaces and weights (2) put therein. The sidewalls of the hollow bodies are provided with a plurality of holes (3).
