Mutant forms of the TGF-beta type II receptor which bind all TGF-beta isoforms

The present inventtion relates to gene ession in normal cells and cells of tumors and particularly to mutant forms of the TGF- II receptor receptor which bind ail TGF- isoforms. The invention further relates to diagnostic and therapeutic methods useful for diagnosing and treating a disease associated with mutated TGF- type II receptor, e.g. a tumor.
