Compositions and Methods for the diagnosis and Therapy of cancer, such as lung cancer.The compositions May comprise one or more immunogenic Proteins of Lung tumor of the same or polynucleotides encoding such portions.As an alternative,The therapeutic composition may include a host cell that expresses a Protein antigens of Lung tumor or cell specific T cells that express the Protein.Such compositions may be used, for example, for the Prevention and Treatment of diseases such as lung cancer.Also provided are methods of diagnosis based on the detection of a Protein of Lung tumor, or the mRNA encoding such a Protein, in a sample.
