A provision provides a compressed Digital Signal to a digital television receiver includes a baseband Signal Source compressed. An encoder encodes the base Band signal in a Digital Format, and the base Band signal has a Frequency. The frequency of the base Band signal is encoded by a First Frequency offset slider.A First output of the first interpolator interpolates a Frequency Shifter, a Second interpolator interpolates a departure from that first interpolator, and a Third that interpolator interpolates an output of the second Interpolator. A Second displacer Frequency shifts of a Third Frequency interpolator to produce an Output Signal to a selected Channel.
