A procedure for installing an anti contamination floor covering comprises: (i) preparation of the substrate; (ii) placing a frame structure on the substrate; (iii) applying an epoxy mortar composition; and, (iv) finishing the flooring by applying a coat of epoxy, and coats of vinyl ester with an intermediate mat layer.
