The coating includes two coaxially fitted tubular thin-layer sheathings (2, 3) based on a thermoplastic polymer material, the outer sheathing (2) fitted to the inner surface of pipeline (1), and inner sheathing (3) is separated from it by means of a coaxial reiforcement layer (4) impegnated by a hardening polymer binder. The outer sheathing (3) is formed by a multicomponent homogenous system including at a least one polymer selected from the group of thermoplastic polymers which have relative elongation not less than 200%, melting temperature no less than 100oC and a structural modifier of the selected polymer. In addition, at least in one place sheathing (3) and layer (4) are interrupted longitudinally along the direction of the axis of the coating. Their interrupted ends (6, 7) are airtightly interconnected and sheathing (3) together with layer (4) form an integral structure. The two-layer preparation contains the outer sheathing (3) connected to the reinforcement layer (4), and sheathing (3) is produced from the multicomponent homogenous system listed as a composition. 62 claims, 11 figures
