"METHODS FOR PRODUCING CAPSULAR POLISSACARIDE FROM A TIRE BY MAINTAINING THE TIRE IN A GROWTH MEDIUM, TO MINOR A PNEUMOCOCIC INFECTION TO PRODUCE A PREPARATION FOR THE IMUNOGENOUS DYNAMIC PREPARATION FOR AN ADENOGENIC DEVELOPMENT The invention relates to methods of modulating capsular polysaccharide production in pneumococci, such as Streptococcus pneumoniae. The invention further relates to methods for alleviating pneumococcal infections in animals, and methods of identifying both agents capable of modulating pneumococcal infections in animals. Figure 1, comprising Figures 1Ai-Avi and 1Bi-1Bvi, is a series of images indicating the effect of carbon dioxide concentration and environmental oxygen on colony morphology and capsule size as assessed using Quellung's reaction.
