"Process for the diagnosis dinu2030mico in real time and assistance decision for a welding machine of the top by direct electrical fau00ecsca and its welded seams.The invention relates to a method for obtaining data, in the form of measures and calculations.Diagnosis and decision assistance for a welding machine of the top by electric spark directly and to the welded seams resulting comprising steps which consist in: respectively.To measure the instantaneous voltage in the primary winding AC terminals (19, 33) and the secondary winding (16, 35, 36) of the transformer of welding machine, and between the claws (18.39) of the matrix of welding; measuring the electrical current in the primary winding of the transformer instantaneous (24, 34) and the secondary winding (17, 37, 38); measuring the instantaneous displacement (41.42) of mobile matrix (4); storing the said voltages.These currents and the said displacement during the welding process, calculate the energy supplied by the secondary winding to the matrices and the thermal energy dissipated during welding byElectric spark based on the displacement of the mobile matrix; calculate the energy efficiency and based on these measures and calculations, automatically establishing a diagnosis in real time (68, 74, 78,79, 80) with or without the intervention of an interactive operator, concerning the quality of at least a seam welded which has just been produced by the welding machine.
