FERMENTED DRIED MATERIAL, METHOD FOR PRODUCTION AND USE THEREOF TO OBTAIN A PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION AND A DIETARY SUPPLEMENT, A PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION AND A DIETARY SUPPLEMENT CONTAINING SAID MATERIAL
FERMENTED DRIED MATERIAL, METHOD FOR PRODUCTION AND USE THEREOF TO OBTAIN A PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION AND A DIETARY SUPPLEMENT, A PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION AND A DIETARY SUPPLEMENT CONTAINING SAID MATERIAL
1. An immunostimulatory and metastasis inhibiting fermented, dried material derived from the fermented liquid obtainable by fermenting wheat germ with Saccharomyces cerevisiae in an aqueous medium, having a HPLC chromatogram substantially corresponding to that shown in Figure 3 and 2,6-dimethoxy-p-benzoquinone contents of which is 0.12 - 0,52 mg/g dry material and the 2-methoxy-p-benzoquinone contents of which is 0,05 - 0,28 mg/g dry material, determined by HPLC. 2. The material according to claim 1, characterized in that containing 0.4 mg/g dry material of the 2,6-dimethoxy-p-benzoquinone. 3. A process for producing an immunostimulatory and metastasis inhibiting fermented, dried material characterised in that ground wheat germ is fermented in an aqueous medium in the presence of Saccharomyces cerevisiae and the fermented liquid is separated, filtered sharp, evaporated. boiled and dried as such or in the presence of auxiliary drying materials. 4. The process according to claim 3, characterised in that the fermentation is carried out at a temperature of about 30 degree C, for about 18 hours under continuous creating and stirring. 5. The process according to claim 4, characterised in that the drying is performed in the presence of maltodextrin. 6. An immunostimulatory and metastasis inhibiting pharmaceutical product, characterized in that containing as active agent a dried material derived from fermented liquid obtained by fermentation of wheat germ in an aqueous medium in the presence of Saccharomyces cervisiae. 7. A dietary supplement for mammals, characterized in that containing a dried material derived from fermented liquid obtained by fermentation of wheat germ in an aqueous medium in the presence of Saccharomyces cervisiae. 8. The dietary supplement according to claim 7, characterized in that containing the dried material obtained by the process of claim 5 consisting of 60 % by weight fermented material and 40 % by weight maltodextrin. 9. The use of a dried material according to one of claims 1-2 derived from the fermented liquid obtained by fermentation of wheat germ in an aqueous medium in the presence of Saccharomyces cervisiae in the production of an immunostimulatory and metastasis inhibiting pharmaceutical composition. 10. The use of a dried material according to one of claims 1-2 derived from fermented liquid obtained by fermentation of wheat germ in an aqueous medium in the presence of Saccharomyces cervisiae in the production of a dietary supplement for mammals.
