Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method for producing a punched film of a thermoplastic polymeric material comprising the following steps: a) providing an embossed initial film, optionally, embossed with a top side and lower crown discharge side of thermoplastic polymer material; b) forming a substructure formed with supporting areas supporting the initial film (100, 124) and incision regions, and forming into the incised regions by directing the film liquids, and forming a fluid dispensing device from its underlay (102); (c) (100,124) is placed on the substrate of the base film (102) so that the lower side of the film is in contact with the support portions of its underlay (102) and the top side of the film is further away from my underlay; d) directing at least two sets of openings in the form of columnar jets into the contact zone of the upper side of the starting film, the first apertures having a diameter greater than 0.254 mm, and the pressure of the fed liquid being less than 3.45 MPa, and generating large holes in the initial film with this fluid; and the apertures in the second set are larger or equal to 0.254 mm, and the fluid pressure fed into them is at least 3.48 MPa to form microparticulate holes in the parent film, thereby forming a combination of initial film size and micro-sized holes; e) removing the filament from the contact zone f) coating the perforated film top with a surfactant; and g) winding the perforated film into a coil such that the bottom and top sides are in contact with each other, thereby transferring at least a portion of the surfactant from the top side of the film to the bottom side. The invention also relates to a punched film thus produced and to such a punched film-containing suction product. ŕ
